GLEN ALLEN, Va., (March 21, 2025) – ChemTreat, Inc. (ChemTreat) has been awarded a Gold Medal from EcoVadis, a global leader in business sustainability assessments.
ChemTreat’s Gold Medal award places us in the top 5% of organizations evaluated by EcoVadis. More than 130,000 companies have been rated by EcoVadis globally.

The EcoVadis assessment evaluates 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
EcoVadis’ evaluations are based on international sustainability standards such as the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, and the ISO 26000 standard. The assessment provides an evidenced-based analysis of company performance, as well as an actionable roadmap for continuous improvement.
